"From the very outset, I found the Director of the above firm to be a very honest and caring young businessman. I was most impressed to see that he was on site every day, personally supervising his work force and keeping me fully informed as to the progress of the work being done. Needless to say, the pool was fully completed on due date and to my utmost satisfaction.

However, a week later, the rains came down in torrents and this lasted a few days.

You can imagine my horror when I awoke one morning to find that a nearby bank had collapsed and a huge portion thereof had gone into my sparkling blue swimming pool turning it into a real muddy mess.

I telephoned my Insurance Company to claim damages and was asked to submit three quotations from their independent contractors.

To my surprise, these quotations were astronomical!

I then contacted Mr D Wentzel and Mr J Thacker who was most considerate and sympathetic. They arrived a few hours later and was quite depressed to see the sorry state that my pool was in.

And then I was dumbfounded - he offered to clear the mess at his own cost, absolutely free of charge! I couldn't believe my ears!

The very next day, he was at my pool with his entire work force who took two full days to restore my pool to its original condition.

You can imagine how pleased I was, as in these hectic times, you very seldom experience such excellent personal attention and such excellent after-sales service."
